I understand that delivery problems can occur, but considering it was fresh meat and I paid a significant amount, I chose to decline the order. We exchanged messages, and I was told it would be refrigerated for 48 hours, yet I still refused the delivery. The next day, the order arrived, which I again refused. The delivery service later emailed me, indicating they had picked it up early Friday morning, meaning it was indeed over 48 hours by the time it reached me. I received an email confirming I would be refunded, which I got today. The two-star rating is not about the meat itself but stems from the unacceptable attitude of the representative I communicated with. Her responses were very unprofessional and rude, which made me doubt I would actually receive a refund. I won't be ordering again and have advised my friends and family against it, despite having recommended them before. This is purely due to her unprofessionalism; had she been more courteous, I would have continued to order. I've never refused a delivery before, and typically, I don't send items back.
