The item was dispatched by you immediately, with full communication. However, your delivery partner (An Post in this case) took two weeks to deliver. This, even at a busy time of year, is unacceptable. I just bring it to your attention, as I'm sure many people would be discouraged from buying online from you in the event of such an experience. In future I am more likely to buy from you by means of click and collect, as I happen to live nearby your store at Blanchardstown.
