I have bought from Killstar since almost the beginning. I ordered some dresses. The Quality has declined so far since even last year. The fabrics on 2 of the items felt cheap, and the fit is not good on any of them. Also, now that I have looked harder, the alternative plus size models are gone and everything feels more mainstream on the website. The cool indie Killstar i loved is no more. Thanks for the beautiful garments of the past. I will cherish and baby them as I don't feel like I will be seeing that kind of quality and individuality from the fast fashion Killstar has become.

It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service. I submitted the contact form on their site and never heard back. My package was lost in transit, and the shipping service advised me to reach out to the company instead. After a month, I finally received the item, but it didn't fit properly, so I initiated a return. Once again, I’ve had no communication from the company, and I'm left waiting to see if I will receive a refund or if I’ll need to dispute the charge with my bank.
I have had several great experiences with Killstar. They consistently put out incredible products, and customer service has been great when I needed to make exchanges. I love the quality of the products I receive, and I especially love that Killstar makes products that actually fit and LOOK GOOD on bigger-bodied people. It's exciting for a brand to actually care and provide for more than just the pale, skeleton goths.
