First, of all beware this is not a moving company, they are a broker/dispatcher. A middle man. They deceived me on that. Due to this also, the price changed. Some of that was because my Daughter had more stuff than I knew about. So, I won't put that on them. The problem was delivery. They told me that the truck would be in Dallas from LA on Friday Aug 8th. They never told me the date had changed. I get a call from the driver on Aug 14th that It will be here the next day on the 15th. That was a problem because that gave me 24hrs to get ready for the delivery. They should have let me know better info on the delivery time. This was clearly because they are a broker not a delivery company. Do your self a favor and don't pay them extra just to hire a truck They charged me $700 that I could have saved if I had gone directly to a REAL moving company.
