They were really nice. Patient. Packed my things in a blanket, and wrap also gave me proper understanding of dropoff. They were cery quick finished a whole 1 bedroom move with furnitures in just 1.30 hrs and packed everything before me.

Part - 2 Fast forward to after delivery of my items.I have missing and damaged items which was escalated to this company.They said they would send me a claim form and I am yet to get one after 7days.They told me they are brokers/dispatch and would reach out to the companies that handled my move. How should that even be my business?I have called their customer service tirelessly (Diana) with no positive outcome.One thing BestMove cares about is getting you to sign up, after that, they go mute.Not all jokes are funny!
