Extremely poor customer service. Paid $200 for expedited shipping and after issues on Fedex, Best of Signs was unable to provide any assistance with re-routing the package. Said multiple times they would update within a few days and never did. Refused to refund shipping charge. BTW their policy for getting back to you on simple tasks is 24-48 hours...
