I received a renewal reminder and thought I had canceled two days before it was due. Clearly, that didn't work, as I was charged two days later. I canceled again, and this time it actually went through after they took my money. Then, I was hit with another charge of $0.99 for no apparent reason. They offered to refund that as a gesture of 'good faith'. Their emails felt automated, giving the same responses each time, and the customer support seemed indifferent, with dismissive replies like 'we understand your frustration' and 'have a great day'. It's a total scam and a waste of money. Just avoid it.
