I had a query about a product, so I call (and they answered which is rare these days) the person I spoke to was friendly (Aussie so I could understand him). He confirmed my query and called me back shortly after and said they had all the items in stock and would ship next day. I placed the order in the evening and received an invoice straight away. The next day the order was shipped, and I received a confirmation with tracking number. My shipment arrived in Canberra in a couple of days and was left in a secure location (as agreed) and I received a delivery notification. The products were well packed in their original packaging.
