I had a query about a product, so I call (and they answered which is rare these days) the person I spoke to was friendly (Aussie so I could understand him). He confirmed my query and called me back shortly after and said they had all the items in stock and would ship next day. I placed the order in the evening and received an invoice straight away. The next day the order was shipped, and I received a confirmation with tracking number. My shipment arrived in Canberra in a couple of days and was left in a secure location (as agreed) and I received a delivery notification. The products were well packed in their original packaging.
Everything arrived securely packaged and the quality is outstanding, especially for the amount you get. Shipping for 10kg+ was fair for fast shipping, and it’s excellent value for a premium product. Highly recommended, the pool is looking exceptionally clear. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I initially rang and asked a number of questions regarding pool pump replacement and the person who answered was very knowledgeable and gave me sound advice regarding the pump that I should be purchasing. The price on the replacement pump was the cheapest by far and the service was great. I ordered the pump on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived by courier Thursday morning.

I ordered a replacement cartridge filter for Austral ZX150 and got the antibacterial model for just a little bit more. The product is so much better constructed than the original and was significantly cheaper.
