Recently, I purchased a part for my pool cleaner. (I ordered the wrong part!) I advised Best Pool supplies of my mistake and they jumped into action and replaced the part with the correct item and sent it off. It arrived and solved my problem. They followed up with a phone call to make sure all was good.
