I booked two airline tickets for my in-laws in November. After completing the payment, I never received a confirmation email, which raised immediate concerns. I reached out to the company via online chat and spoke with an agent who promised to send the e-tickets. However, what I received was not an actual e-ticket but merely an internal confirmation itinerary. I called multiple times to request the real e-tickets, but each time I was informed that only that agent could assist me. When I requested to speak with her, I was given various excuses: she was unavailable or busy. Despite repeated assurances that she would contact me back, I never heard from her. Eventually, I insisted on staying on the line until I received the e-tickets. I was told they were “in processing” and would be sent by the weekend. Unsurprisingly, the weekend passed without any tickets. After more calls, I finally received them. While they appeared valid on the airline’s website, my troubles didn't end there. Two weeks later, when I tried to select seats, I discovered the tickets had been canceled the same day they were issued. I was furious and called the company countless times, only to be transferred around. At one point, I was left on hold for over an hour. The last representative I spoke to promised to escalate my case and said a manager would call me back before 6:30 PM, but it’s now 3:30 PM, and I still haven't received a call. This company is a scam; although registered in Australia, their operations are overseas. I strongly advise staying away from them and will be reporting this agent to major platforms.
