I had an extremely bad experience with one agent. I booked a flight and was told that e-tickets would be issued within 48 hours, but they failed to provide them on time. After calling at least 50 times, I finally received the e-tickets after 16 days, but it felt like a scam. I was unsure whether to buy another ticket or keep waiting. Each time I contacted them, I was told it was in progress and would be confirmed shortly. When I asked for a refund, they claimed they couldn't provide one, even though the airline's website indicated otherwise. This was the worst service I have ever received, and I will never book with them again.
