I booked a flight for late December in November, but my ticket is still pending. I contacted them several times and was told it was in progress and would be confirmed within 24 hours. Each time I called, I was informed that the representative was busy and would get back to me, but they only reached out when I asked for a refund, stating it was already in progress. This was the worst service I have ever received, and I regretted not booking directly with the airline. The customer representatives were also very rude on the phone.
