I attempted to book a flight with this company yesterday. After entering my credit card details, I received a message saying the booking was not confirmed and to call them. When I contacted them, the representative put me on hold and after a long wait, told me she would call back in 10 minutes. The next day, I am still waiting for that call. When I called again, I was informed that the booking was canceled. They did not send any emails or contact me about this. I was suspicious of their practices and decided to cancel my credit card. Hopefully, they won’t withdraw any funds, though it shows that payment is pending on the canceled card. This was the worst experience I've had with online flight booking, and I will not use this service again.
