I would not recommend Best Price Travel based on my experience. We purchased two return tickets through Cheapflights, which directed us to Best Price Travel. After paying over $7,000, we never received a confirmation email or notification from the agency.After multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, they eventually sent us an email titled "E-TICKET Copy" after 7 hours. However, when we checked the booking reference with the airline, we were informed that no tickets had been issued because the agency had not paid the fees.When we contacted the agency to resolve this issue, they gave repeated excuses to delay our concerns. Examples included stating that the person handling our tickets was on a break or had just finished their shift—even though it was only 10 a.m.! Despite our repeated requests, they refused to provide a proper confirmation or valid tickets.Ultimately, we requested a refund. It took a considerable amount of time to receive our money back, and we only succeeded after filing a dispute with our bank.Overall, the service was extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and stressful. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this agency.
