I booked two airline tickets for my in-laws in November. After completing the payment, I received no confirmation email, which raised immediate concerns. I contacted the company through online chat and the agent assured me she would send the tickets. However, what I received was not actual tickets but an internal confirmation itinerary. I called multiple times, but was told only that same agent could assist me. Each time I requested to speak with her, I received various excuses. Despite repeated promises of a callback, I never heard back. I insisted on staying on the line until I received the tickets. I was informed they were “in processing” and would be sent by the weekend, but the weekend passed without any tickets. After more calls, I finally received them, and they seemed valid on the airline’s website but troubles continued. Two weeks later, I tried to select seats, only to find out the tickets had been canceled the same day they were issued. I was furious and called the company countless times, only to be transferred around. I was left on hold for over an hour at one point. The last representative promised to escalate my case and said a manager would call me back before 6:30 PM. It’s now 3:30 PM, and still no call. This company is a scam, registered in Australia but operating overseas. I strongly advise against using them and will report this agent to major platforms.
