I had a very disappointing experience with Best Price Travel. It has been 5 days since I booked my ticket with Air India, and I still have not received my e-ticket.
Every time I contact customer support, they keep saying “it’s in process,” but there is no proper update or resolution. The response is slow, unprofessional, and feels like they are just delaying without actually helping.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when travel plans depend on timely ticket confirmation. It creates stress and uncertainty for customers.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time and peace of mind, avoid booking through them. Very poor service and zero accountability.
