I placed the order and was emailed the next day that the item was not in stock. They asked how I wanted to resolve the issue I requested a refund. 2 days passed and I was emailed it shipped. When it got here I didn't realize it was the brand Devoir sold by DHGate. Easy Google search. I specifically ordered this brand because the reviews. I have attempted to contact them through email, text, chat, and WhatsApp with no reply. Feeling scammed. I have all pictures and receipts.
