I am looking to get the deepest penetration of the red light as possible with the Redot S. It does not have a 40hz setting so how best should I be using it?

Product seems to be great quality. Documentation needs to be provided to better explain benefits of using settings (A)Nogier, (B)Solfeggio, and (C)Fibonacci frequencies.Found a couple on the internet but nothing explaining (C) setting.Knowledge of targeted areas is important to use product correctly.
