Extremely inadequate customer support. For over a month, I have been trying to obtain a product that I ordered twice. Despite clearly stating the delivery city each time, the package was sent to the wrong city on both occasions. This highlights a complete lack of competence from the support team and the delivery service. No real solution was offered, and no accountability was taken. Because of their mistakes, my husband was left without a gift for both his birthday and Christmas. Unacceptable service, unprofessional conduct, and no respect for the customer. I do not recommend this service.
