Extremely inadequate customer support. For over a month, I have been trying to obtain a product that I ordered twice. Despite clearly stating the delivery city each time, the package was sent incorrectly on both occasions. This highlights a complete lack of competence from the support team and the delivery service. No effective solution was offered, and no accountability was acknowledged. Due to their errors, my husband was left without a gift for both his birthday and Christmas. Unacceptable service, a lack of professionalism, and zero regard for the customer. Not recommended.

Frustrating customer service and unresolved refund challenges. I ordered a parcel to my address on November 9th, 2025, but the delivery could not be completed. As of December 10th, 2025, I have neither received a refund nor effective support regarding this issue. This is not an isolated occurrence; similar issues have happened multiple times before. When technical or logistical challenges arise, the customer service fails to resolve them promptly. Instead, the responsibility and consequences fall entirely on the customer. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I have not received a coherent or satisfactory response. My funds have been held for over a month without resolution, and the lack of communication is highly unprofessional. Customers deserve timely refunds and clear communication when orders cannot be fulfilled. The current practices do not meet these standards and leave customers in a frustrating situation. I advise potential customers to be cautious, especially for important purchases, as the customer service is inadequate when problems occur.
Completely dissatisfied. I purchased an item and, 10 days later, the company decided it was 'no longer available' and canceled my order, citing a lack of stock. However, I found the item still available on the website but at a higher price. This feels like a scam. They also claimed there was a delivery issue without providing a tracking code. They simply canceled my order, which was meant to be a birthday gift. I am utterly dissatisfied with this store. The service is misleading and unacceptable. If I could rate below zero, I would, due to their lack of commitment and respect for the customer. The company operates entirely with AI, and after reaching out, I received a rude response stating they could do nothing and that 'it is what it is.' Ridiculous.
I feel deceived by this platform. I bought a hoodie that was advertised as discounted from an original price, but the actual price tag on the item was significantly lower than claimed. This raises questions about the legitimacy of the prices on other items I purchased. It feels like a scam!
