As of December 10th, 2025, I have neither received a refund nor effective support regarding this issue. This is not an isolated occurrence; similar issues have happened multiple times before. When technical or logistical challenges arise, the customer service fails to resolve them promptly. Instead, the responsibility and consequences fall entirely on the customer. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I have not received a coherent or satisfactory response. My funds have been held for over a month without resolution, and the lack of communication is highly unprofessional. Customers deserve timely refunds and clear communication when orders cannot be fulfilled. The current practices do not meet these standards and leave customers in a frustrating situation. I advise potential customers to be cautious, especially for important purchases, as the customer service is inadequate when problems occur.
