I ordered Bavecto to be used off-label for animals suffering from mange, so I was aware that this needs to ship from overseas as I do not have a prescription (a requirement in the USA). Like others, I also received an email asking for me to call their customer service (1-888-860-3208) before they could ship. I had to call three times in succession before they picked up (first time I was disconnected, second time I got connected to a British-sounding answering machine where I left a message), but third time they picked up and explained that as a new customer, I had to verify my shipping address - which I did, and they confirmed that my order would be shipped shortly. They also advised me that as this is shipped from overseas, it takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive, and the packaging may look unfamiliar - but this is what I had already expected. I will update this review once I receive the medication, but so far the process has been quite easy, with the exception of having to call 3 times before I got to speak with a customer service representative, but the whole thing (3 calls) took less than 5 minutes so not a big deal for me.Update - I received the Bravecto tables 10 days after I called. Very satisfied and will order from them again.
