I placed an order on October 28th and saw no progress. After requesting a refund, they suggested waiting two months due to stock issues, which they only disclosed after payment. Despite sending numerous emails, I was told it was an error and that I would receive my money by November 30th, but that hasn’t happened. I’m now working with my bank on this matter, as it seems many others are facing similar issues. Please be cautious and avoid ordering, as you may end up without both the product and your money.
