Unfair Restrictions – Winning Gets You Punished

I contacted their support about sudden limits placed on my account, only to be met with a generic response after a so-called “internal review.” They told me the limits are permanent and can’t be changed — with no proper explanation or chance to appeal.Here’s the real issue: if you’re continuously losing, they’ll let you play without a problem. But the moment you win a few games — three or four successful bets, in my case — they suddenly step in and limit your account. It feels extremely one-sided, as if the system is designed to punish winning players and reward only those who keep losing money. How is that fair or responsible?I’ve followed all rules, verified my account, and maintained responsible behavior. Still, I’m treated like a threat the moment I win. There’s no transparency, no real justification — just copy-paste responses and a total lack of interest in resolving the issue. Support is polite but ultimately useless, repeating the same policy-driven script without listening to actual concerns.If you’re thinking about joining Betano, be cautious. Language barrier + gaslighting + restriction

Ok people, long story short: I won a nice little bonus, and didn't get halfway through it when it just disappeared. This experience is the WORST casino experience I have ever had bar none - it went from bad to worse to even worse - somehow, this whole thing was never resolved as of YET, and they have banned me from the casino for what I do not know, but frankly, you cannot get more shady than this casino. So, spend your money elsewhere, trust me on this one, they are not an honest company.

Betano is by far my favorite online casino! I have had my biggest wins with them, including 15 000 dollars that I won on Gates of Olympus! They also have a lot of promotions for active players. After providing a code that granted both the existing player and the new player a $50 bonus, I submitted my referral code via email. My friend received it, applied it correctly, and was awarded the $50. I was informed that it could take up to 48 hours for my bonus to be credited, so I patiently waited for over four days. Now, despite having emails that clearly align with the timing of the bonus issued solely to my friend, they claim that we never utilized the referral, which is a blatant falsehood. I was present during the process, and we were comparing this casino's offerings with others that had far superior referral incentives. The only reason we chose to remain with this casino was due to my recent $100 win, which was prominently displayed on my screen.Betano has a history of being less than transparent regarding their deals and promotions. They are quick to present a narrative that diverges from what is actively promoted. For instance, they inquired if my friend was the third individual we had referred to their casino for the $50 bonus, a stipulation that was never mentioned until now, with the new policy suggesting that three referrals are necessary for any form of reward.
