Don’t buy direct, buy from Amazon and save

Don’t buy anything from their website. Get it from Amazon for 20 to 30% less. Their customer service and return policy stinks. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t allow someone to return an item that is still with manufacturer seal.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! We had an issue with a product we purchased several months ago and they replaced it - no questions asked! Validated another reason why we continue to do business with Jimmy Jane! We have been purchasing Jimmy Jane products for years, they sell a variety of high quality ‘must have’ products!
