I was playing with Betano and it's extremely hard to win anything! Needless to say make make wager requirements! Free spins are rare to none and when they do come it's $2.30 is a incredible win!! Meanwhile it took me $25 to get that $2.30! Today I went to withdrawal my $115 I was on chat with a supervisor while doing this! I have a screenshot that says my withdrawal will be in my bank within 30 minutes 5 hours later I look and there's no money, so I go back to chat they tell me they want photo of my bank card front and back! I've never had to supply a photo of my bank card to any casino I've ever played with!! So I supply them with these photos they want I asked them how long before I get my money they tell me 2 to 5 days!! Not what their app told me when I withdrew and they said 30 minutes!! I am making a complaint with the better Business bureau!
App slows down massively during peak sports hours namely Saturday and Sunday afternoons. It makes the app more or less unusable; good luck trying to make a 5 leg parlay across different sports. It’s also been this way for over 4 years.
Had a terrible experience with support. They introduced a fantasy option for user to play for free and win bet credits. i came second and won 50$ in bet credits and have been going back and forth with support now for over 10 days and I have never received my bet credits that i rightfully won in the fantasy. be weary as the support is very slow, they don't solve your case and you may never see bet credits you've won. There has been other issues with promotions but this was my main experience.
I have been using Betano.ca for several months and my experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue has been their Golden Free Chips promotions. These offers never worked on any of the games they were supposed to, and every time I reached out to support I received the same scripted response that they would “get back to me by email with a resolution.” They did email me each time, but the so-called resolution never worked and the problem repeated in a constant loop.At one point, a single live agent did compensate me with a small number of free spins for the inconvenience. I won forty dollars from those spins and was able to cash out, so clearly compensation is possible. Unfortunately, every interaction after that was completely inconsistent. When the exact same promotional issues happened again, support said they could not credit anything immediately but would “submit a request” for a bonus. Each time, the follow-up email I received simply stated that no bonus could be provided. This happened repeatedly, even though the technical problems had been ongoing for weeks and then months.What makes this worse is that I have deposited a fair amount of my own money on the platform, but I rarely walk away with anything. My deposits get used up quickly, the advertised promos fail to function, and I lose access to games and bonuses that should have been available to me like they are for other players.The promotional system itself is also unclear. Unlike other operators that clearly show what you qualify for when you deposit, Betano requires you to search through vague promo pages and manually opt in to each offer. It is easy to miss things, and the platform does not make any effort to streamline the experience.Overall, the combination of misleading bonus advertising, repeated technical failures, inconsistent customer service, and lack of meaningful resolutions has left me very disappointed. There are other online platforms that are far more transparent, reliable, and fair. Betano.ca still has a long way to go before I would consider using it again or recommending it to others.
