Made my first deposit with BTC. $240. Had a clean run up to $900. Requested deposit via BTC. I have waited over 6 days to receive payment. Every attempt at an update on payment has been met with several excuses why payment has not been sent. Excuses include “We have had an influx of withdrawal request so payment is delayed”, “You’re withdrawal is in a flushed status which means you will have a withdrawal will be approved by finance team within 3-5 days”, and my personal favorite after asking why payment hasn’t been sent on the fifth day “So, the 3-5 day wait period refers to when the payment has actually been sent.” Avoid this site like a plague. I have been scammed and now payment is being sent. Glad it was only $240 of my actual funds.
