This is the worst online casino I've encountered. I went through all their complicated bonuses and finally cashed out $200, plus a $20 wire transfer fee on 12/17/2025. I've been emailing regularly to check on my withdrawal status, but I'm repeatedly told it's delayed due to the holidays and to expect a wait of 2-3 business days. As of today, 1/13/2026, I'm still wondering where my money is.
NEVER trust this site OR any of their sister sites, Black Lotus etc.I've had NOTHING but problems when trying to withdraw money from these "companies", and I use that term VERY loosely. They'll say things like "your winnings were from a free bonus, so you have to make a deposit to actually cash out". Excuse me? My free bonus came from a bogus loyalty program that I earned from....wait for it, MY OWN MONEY.This site needs to be investigated and shut down before they scam more people out of their hard earned money.I guess real money is only real when you're depositing it directly into their greedy hands, otherwise they couldn't care less about you.

So I cashed out for $4,000 and on the site it says I would have my money within 48 hours of withdrawal. Not only did I not get the thousand dollars, I never got a dime from them and I think it's b*******. I would never recommend this game to anybody.
Made my first deposit with BTC. $240. Had a clean run up to $900. Requested deposit via BTC. I have waited over 6 days to receive payment. Every attempt at an update on payment has been met with several excuses why payment has not been sent. Excuses include “We have had an influx of withdrawal request so payment is delayed”, “You’re withdrawal is in a flushed status which means you will have a withdrawal will be approved by finance team within 3-5 days”, and my personal favorite after asking why payment hasn’t been sent on the fifth day “So, the 3-5 day wait period refers to when the payment has actually been sent.” Avoid this site like a plague. I have been scammed and now payment is being sent. Glad it was only $240 of my actual funds.
Don’t trust this casino! After playing more than a million dollars I decided to actually cash out. To my surprise they had a withdrawal process that was rarely simple. The problem is they never wired the money. I have been trying since may to get my money and the send lies and say they sent it. They will never send the trace number when I ask for it. My bank assured me if they don’t have a trace number then it wasn’t wired.
I won $15000 fair games of BJ. I did notUse any bonus. They were very responsive in telling me I could only use a wire transfer to USA. The only difficulty was I could only request 2500 per week . I have been getting 2480 each week for the past 3 weeks ( they take out $20) for the transfer
Total scam absolute scam they'll send you stuff in the mail with like 10 different barcodes on it and they'll say like $50 free no deposit but you'll click on one of the on one of the barcodes or whatever they the scan and then oh no this one requires a deposit and then you go to get the next one thinking that I'll just do the right one nope you have to play this off before you can receive this or that they are such a scam they're so full of s*** they need to be shut downI got money from like a free game from them made $1,700 they said no you can't withdraw any of it because you know it wasn't from your deposit
