This casino started off very well but when i seem to have won a big amount and i was withdrawing in increments still having large amount in my account they ended up locking my account on 3/25/24 and i contacted them now saying its a malfunction on one of the games seems like they do not want to pay out im praying they do the right thing waiting now for them to unlock my account nothing was my fault i just do not understand hope my balance will still be there i had so much hope.03-26-2024 update big dollar is good, they called me and explained everything there was a malfucntion with the game and they were very considerate and made sure that they honored me favorably inspite of the situation Thank you Bet Big dollar Vip
