Today I placed a successful bet on a race, but the platform refused to pay out my winnings, only offering a refund after I inquired. They claimed the race was abandoned, which is a complete falsehood; the race was run and finished. The representative I spoke with was difficult to deal with and refused to escalate my concerns. I have evidence of the race results and my account. I am utterly appalled by this service. A refund before the race would have been acceptable, but doing so an hour after is completely dishonest.
