The worst betting app available in the country. No promotions and very few decent options for betting. Customer service is appalling. Deposits can take hours, and withdrawals can take days! I placed a bet on a race and it took eight hours for the results to show, while other platforms had it up in seconds. They just hang up on you when they’re done: no promotions for anyone. Avoid this app at all costs.
Today I placed a successful bet on a race, but the platform refused to pay out my winnings, only offering a refund after I inquired. They claimed the race was abandoned, which is a complete falsehood; the race was run and finished. The representative I spoke with was difficult to deal with and refused to escalate my concerns. I have evidence of the race results and my account. I am utterly appalled by this service. A refund before the race would have been acceptable, but doing so an hour after is completely dishonest.
Terrible platform and customer service, particularly from a representative who acts as both an agent and 'manager.' I've lodged complaints with the relevant authorities. The selection of sports to bet on is minimal. Steer clear of this site.
