Omg worst sportsbook on the internet the local mob ran sportsbook would treat u better then there customer service.First of all no live talking customer service so if u have a issue u get to talk on live chat u don't even know if there real.All the top sportsbooks bovada, betus,you wager all have phonenumbers.So I get an email last week from them saying free 50dollar freeplay no deposit required so I except it I kinda forgot about them figured this must be a good way for them to promote there website and bring back existing customers to them other sportsbooks do this sometimes.So I go from 50 to 300 Dollars 5 out of 6 wins I'm on a hot streak. I had talked to them prior 3 days in a row with no issues if there was a problem then you would have thought they would have raised it.after I met the 30time rollover and succeeded they decided to say that bonus was expired and took it all away and was rude about it again they waited till it converted to real money before they said there was a problem.I actually can't believe still as I'm writing this instead of honoring the free play they canceled it all immediately not a hey were very sorry or anything.The email just came to me the day before I accepted it and it didn't have a expiration on there email.Its just very shady compared to the others.they should be shut down its the worst of the worst.its my mission to go to any review possible about them until they make it right I guess they assumed I would loose and wouldnt have to say anything.i should have read reviews on them first.
