I've had an account here for about 20 years. Used to be the site was fine. Unfortunately, this site has failed to act on my last number of payout requests. Support has been reduced to email only, and the email support has done nothing to address the issue.
What is worse is that I don't even have that big of a balance and am not requesting large payouts. They are not even paying withdrawal requests of only a couple hundred dollars. I've tried giving them more action as an inducement to pay me so as to keep me as a customer. That hasn't worked. If BetDSI is not motivated enough even to retain its long-term customers, something is very, very wrong.
I warned BetDSI I would make public complaints and got no response. The fact that they don't even seem to care about their public reputation anymore should tell you all you need to know.

I requested a payout of $4,955 from BetDSI after completing a $38,000 rollover and being limited to wagers of only $100 per bet. Shortly after, I was informed that my account had been permanently closed because my betting activity was allegedly consistent with arbitrage betting, which is absolutely untrue. I was also told that my account was linked to another account — this is completely false, as I have never created or used any additional accounts.I submitted the payout request on a Monday, and the Friday before, I had contacted customer service to confirm that all my verification documents were in order, since payout requests are not processed on weekends. At that time, I was told everything was all set.Since then, I have been completely locked out of my account. I’ve reached out to the fraud department but have not yet received a response. Additionally, your FAQ section states that deposit and withdrawal transaction fees will be reimbursed, so at the very least, I would like to ensure that happens.That said, I am also willing to cancel my withdrawal request if my account can be reinstated and my funds reallocated accordingly.
they are the worst sportsbook around and now they disabled their chat, u can not call them because they have had no phone number for years, they offer email, if u email them with an issue it will take them 2 days to reply, they will do everything they can to not pay ur money when its time for a payout, do not give them a dollar
Cashed out may 22nd! Still waiting for my 5000 , these lousy scumbags say “ Your is in line Payouts gets process as they come in” They will also scam you out of bonuses and not tell you can only transfer 10k of bonus to regular cashier , so when they transfered my 19k, they failed to mention they just pocket anything over 10k . Do NOT use this sportsbook , used to be good but new ownership has ran it right into the ground . I don’t know how they are still in business . Bookmaker and heritage remain the best .
