Disgusting company run by scammers. They offered me plenty of promotions to sign up and make an account with them. But as soon as I spend my money to fulfil the wagering requirements for the promotions, they never award me the bonuses.
I tried contacting customer support, you either get permanently stuck waiting in a queue to speak to someone or when I finally got through to someone, they just told me I wasn’t eligible for the promotions. They didn’t specify why or they didn’t specify it to me BEFORE I spent my money with them.
I’m simply done with trying so I’ll be getting in touch with IBAS and the UK gambling commission because they shouldn’t be allowed to operate the way they do.
