Betfred had an introductory offer, I believe I had met all terms of the offer when opening a new account. I never received my offer and when I spoke to an advisor they said I hadn't met the terms but wouldn't tell me how I had not met them and abruptly ended the conversation. It felt like the offer was just a trap to get you to open a new account and deposit money.
