I also plan to report their lack of response through live chat and emails. They deliberately delay responses, making you feel compelled to keep using your funds. I will be notifying the relevant advertising authority about their irresponsible practices. Their disregard for my inquiries is unacceptable. First and foremost; All their 5 star ratings are fake and paid. This casino is far from a 5 star experience. Once you win and they know you have a pending withdrawal, they will request the most weird documents in order to “verify yourself”.
