I’m delighted to have just taken delivery of a new Rock-Ola vinyl bubbler. And while it is a thing of beauty, the story of its journey from purchase to delivery is a story of two halves! For this reason it’s very difficult to give a true star rating. The past month or so has been quite exciting since I first learned that delivery of my long awaited juke box was
imminent. The care and attention I’ve received during this time and including delivery has been exemplary and I’d happily have given a 5star rating. But, that’s only half of the story as it now seems like a very long time since we first went to Virginia Water to see the Games Room and place an order. Communication since then regarding the progress of the order has been sporadic to say the least. For that part of the story I could probably only give them a 2 star rating.
Since the beginning of the year I’ve done some research into the history of the Games Room and the purchase of RockOla and I’ve also had many friendly conversations with the owner (who delivered my jukebox box personally!) He explained to me the financial issues he’s had since taking over Rock-Ola and I would be heartless not to have sympathy for him in what should have been a brilliant acquisition. It sounds like they’re turning a corner so hopefully their lead-time will start to reduce and the company can go from strength to strength. I can only wish them every success in the future, I think they deserve it.
These bespoke juke boxes are uniquely made in California, which is probably part of the reason for a long lead-time. I would suggest to any prospective buyer that if you’re in no great hurry to acquire one these beautiful juke boxes, then it’s worth the money and the wait!

Having serious issues with a delivery date - have contacted the team so many times and nobody is able to give me an ETA despite ordering a standard pool table. Would appreciate an escalation from management asap because I’m losing patience.
A family member paid in full for a bumper car and has still not received it. Despite numerous promises and repeated assurances that delivery was imminent, no delivery date has ever been provided and nothing has been delivered.Each time we have chased, we have been given excuses and delays, with no meaningful progress or resolution. It has now reached the point where confidence in this company’s willingness or ability to fulfil the order is extremely low.What makes this even more concerning is that while failing to deliver items that have already been paid for, the company continues to advertise and offer other products for sale online.We have now issued a formal deadline for a full refund. If this is not received, legal proceedings will be commenced without further notice.Based on this experience, we would strongly warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Be very cautious about ordering an item from this company. We ordered a Rock-Ola juke box and arcade machine in May last year, paid our money in good faith with a delivery date of November. To this date they are completely unable to give us any indication whatsoever when the Jukebox will arrive. I made a bit of a nuisance of myself last year and we did receive our arcade machine before Christmas, but this was a bolt on. My husband, for many sentimental reasons, cashed in his pension to buy the Jukebox and we are now doubting that we will ever see it. I simply do not understand how a company can answer with ‘I’m waiting for an update’ from August through to February!! Especially when they claim to be owed by the same person that owns Rock-ola!Some people seem to have had theirs, so I am hoping we will get ours, but it’s a massive amount of money and my husband has been losing sleep about it. Read reviews about this company and its competitors before you hand over your money!! I foolishly was duped by a great salesperson!!
I ordered a Foosball table in Sept 25 & paid in full. I was told I would receive it in a few weeks. I have not received it and constantly get fobbed off. I am so disappointed, it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my kidsDo not order from this company.
