I recently bought Fallout 76 and after installing the Bethesda.net Launcher and downloading the game, I wanted to play it. Unfortunately I got no luck, simply nothing happens when hitting the "Play" button. After doing some Google research I found that this is a very common issue with Fallout 76 (i.e. a bug in the game) and none of the workarounds available worked.So I contacted Bethesda support. After a whole lot of tickets and a whole lot of "send us this debug info", "disable these Windows services" and "create a new Windows user", etc., nothing worked out. After they got to the end of their more-or-less pointless list of solutions they refused to get me any further help. They even sent me to Reddit and Microsoft community support (why Microsoft?).Even though I like Bethesda games this was definitly the last time I bought a game from Bethesda. Very sad.
