So.....like many others have already said here...a automated customer service is just ridiculous, when there is no one checking it in case there are issues the automated system can't answer then the entire process is useless anyway.And it's obvious that the only thing they maintain nowadays is the damned "cosmetics"shop while there still are glaring issues all over their games.My expectation for Starfield is prettymuch but dead at this point.
