Non-existent customer support. If you try to file a ticket, you are limited to the issues they want to hear about. If you have another issue that isn't listed, you are SOL. What a joke. During the three years I have played ESO (with a paid subscription), I have only received actual answers to tickets twice. In both cases, it was clear that the CS had not actually read my issue. A complete waste.
