Something wrong is going on here …

Being a long time online gambler, I have and still do use a few different sites I’ve never felt it necessary to write a review. First, customer service is non existent which is sad. Help desk is useless and emails to support go unanswered I’m currently a platinum member on this site and with the higher tier level the rewards are less than a new member just starting out. When you do get a promo you win 10 cents in 25 spins to just add insult to injury. Lol Brp points don’t add up which they should be increasing at a higher percentage and they control the dollar value of which you can redeem. Meaning I have to have 2000 brp points before I can redeem which means now they control my money I have noticed dollars don’t add up to the winnings you see I’ve gotten into bonuses and should have done ok only to see once it’s tallied up it’s less than I expected. That has happened a few times but there’s no where to prove it unless you video record your entire play. The platform will have a connection error or just randomly kick you out and restart the game if you are winning Once your back in the game is no longer playing the way it was, your bonus gets skipped or the progress to the bonuses are reset and you start all over again. I have also played games for extended periods of time and when I exit the game to go back to the lobby. I see I wasn’t even signed into the platform. So my play wasn’t even registering it was just taking my money, This too seems to be happening when you are winning a bit. I notified help desk only to get no help. I was told to email support with a picture of the error but that’s the thing the system isn’t giving you “Heads up”Time to change. So if you’re just starting out. I wouldn’t recommend. There is better sites out there and to me customer service and appreciation is extremely important and you won’t find that here. I have told help desk I was going to contact the gaming authority and they couldn’t care less. So that will be my next email to write
