Besides the fact that this casino has horrible payout rates, I made a deposit, the casino decided to add a bonus match without me consenting and then all of a sudden the hundred dollars I put in was hijacked by them. I couldn’t withdraw my portion because they added a bonus telling me I have to play $400 worth to get my hundred dollars back of my own money! I can understand them putting a wager play through amount on the portion they gave me but to say I can’t withdraw any portion of my own money that I put in there out of my own bank account is criminal. I told customer service that, and now all of a sudden I am blocked right out for some reason, not allowed to login at all. And of course, customer service has no answers as usual. (your issue has been forwarded to the relevant department) it’s been 3 days so far and Nobody can tell me why, I guess they didn’t like the fact that I told them that it was criminal, and a lawyer probably should be contacted on this matter stealing my money. This on top of the fact that any winnings compared to what you deposit is extremely unfair. I’ve never seen this at any other casino website. You can deposit $150 play all of it at $.40 and $.80 which is a lot of spins and receive no bonuses or receive literally one and it pays you $2.40 after you put in 130.00 very unfair payout, especially compared to others!!!
