Terrible...Had a complaint as their bonus structure was flawed; Withdrawing actual balance money from my account instead of bonus funds. Informed them of this with an email and a week later it's been crickets and tumbleweed (Their policy is to address the matter in 24 hours). They don't care. Once they have your money, that's all that matters. Stay away: There are plenty of books in Ontario and most of them actually respond to customer concerns...Update: Finally got back to me, admitted they made a mistake by essentially withdrawing money from my actual balance rather than my BONUS balance, yet still refuse to compensate me for their admitted error...Like I originally stated: Stay away! This is what you are dealing with...
