I am sharing my experience with BetMGM so others are aware.
On 13 February I made a deposit into my account. Shortly afterwards my account was restricted and I was asked to complete additional verification checks. I fully cooperated and provided all requested documents promptly.
Despite submitting everything requested, my account remains restricted and my deposit has still not been refunded. The issue is ongoing and I have not received a clear resolution or timeframe from customer support.
I understand security checks are necessary, however holding a customer’s funds after verification documents have been provided is very frustrating and concerning.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this bookmaker as it has cost me both time and money.
