I read the reviews bad and good but i can only go on my experience had a hiccup with free bets but live chat sorted that no problem . Got my free bets and played them . Won £80 withdrew it and was in my bank next day . So hand on heart only had a good experience
I am sharing my experience with BetMGM so others are aware.
On 13 February I made a deposit into my account. Shortly afterwards my account was restricted and I was asked to complete additional verification checks. I fully cooperated and provided all requested documents promptly.
Despite submitting everything requested, my account remains restricted and my deposit has still not been refunded. The issue is ongoing and I have not received a clear resolution or timeframe from customer support.
I understand security checks are necessary, however holding a customer’s funds after verification documents have been provided is very frustrating and concerning.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this bookmaker as it has cost me both time and money.

Do not play on BetMGM the games are rigged. I tried palying one of the slot games called "Wild Pixies" and wagered several amounts. The scam that they did was every time I wagered an amount, the amount taken from my total credits was more than what I wagered. If I wagered £1.20 £1.37 was taken out of my total credits. I finally lost all of it and ended up with £0.29 and when I tried playing a wager of £0.20, it said I had insufficient creds and had to go to the cashier. When I closed the game I saw I only had £0.17 in credit. They had been ripping me off all the time. Don`r believe me, try it for yourself.
