Absolutely awful company. They prey on vulnerable people. I opened an account around 2 years ago, I lost control of my gambling & asked them to close down my account immediately, indefinitely. After 3 separate emails spread over a few weeks, with reassurances that my account would be closed, here we are 2 years on, the account still fully open. This time though, I won. Since my account opened, I’ve deposited over £500 GBP. I tried to withdraw a tiny amount (£100 GBP), only for it to be rejected. They want an even more thorough verification process. I’ve sent bank statements, phone bills, images of my card, only for them all the be rejected. They’ve been more than happy to continuously take my money, even when I’ve emailed for them to close it down, yet as soon as I win, they won’t pay out. Disgusting company, every 1* review is real. Avoid these, they are unlicensed, malicious & they prey on vulnerable people.
