The engineer (Ollie Stevenson) that set up our system was brilliant, he was professional, polite and explained everything in language we could all understand. He is a credit to your business!!
We have just had a new phone and broadband system installed by Better. and we could not fault the experience. Right from the initial enquiry, to Jamie the sales guy, right through to Richard the engineer who was super friendly, very polite and super efficient, all sorted within 48 hours too, we really couldn't fault their service. A very happy customer :-)
When you sign up they only tell you its an 18 month contract at £120 a month.
Once that 18 months has finished, you then get the full picture that its a 6 year contract and its now £390 a month.
For a small business like myself its extremely hard to hear this and very worrying.
