Dependable broadband with minor issues.

Overall, the broadband service is quite reliable. It had a brief outage today, which was resolved remotely. The only downside is the lack of adequate documentation; I only found out my service number after reporting an issue, but at least I have it now.

The broadband service is generally dependable and reliable. It did go down for a few hours today, but the issue was resolved remotely. The only downside is the lack of documentation; I only learned my service number after logging a fault, but at least I have it now.

I was overcharged on my account and after complaining, the issue was supposedly 'resolved,' but it repeated the next month with no compensation. When I challenged this, they offered me £10, which felt like a joke. I recommend choosing a different broadband provider.

I’m giving only 2 stars because Tyler from support is fantastic and provides regular updates. However, I've been without internet for over three weeks due to issues with the service provider.

Receiving bills after contract cancellation.

I canceled my broadband service on 21/10/2025 and switched to another provider. Despite confirming my cancellation, I continue to receive bills. I was told my contract was never officially canceled, which is frustrating, and now I’m stuck paying for two more months.

Poor customer service and frustrating experience.

The customer service was lacking when I placed an order for an upgrade, and the quote I received was different from what was promised. After canceling my service, my network slowed down significantly. I would not recommend this provider.

Frustrating experience with customer service.

Customer service needs improvement. I had to repeatedly get my father on the phone due to his condition, and the lack of coordination among staff was incredibly frustrating. I spent over an hour trying to sort out his broadband package, only to be told to call back later. It was a waste of time for both of us.
