I reviewed Better just after my installation was complete and was over the moon with them - the sales person was nice and the engineer, Ryan, was superb, he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. The system works very well, I'm very pleased with the phone system itself. However, the after sales customer service was disappointing. The transition from BT took quite a while and information/ updates were not forthcoming, responses to questions were slow (if they came at all) and promises were not kept. I was loosing all faith in the "great customer service" I was sold on. Out of frustration and as a last resort I complained to the management, and from that moment everything was put right very quickly - rebates we were due were paid the same day, as were refunds for the periods we were being billed by both BT and Better (BNP Paribas). Even a lovely hamper arrived by way of apology for all the trouble. If the management can spread their brand of customer service to the rest of their team, so the issues we had don't arise in the first place, Better would have a winning formula.
